1. Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • Class Reservations: All sessions must be booked in advance through our website or Momence App.

  • Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee: All classes have a 12-hour cancellation window to avoid loss of class credit. Cancellations within the window receive a class credit not a cash refund. Unlimited late cancellations are $10 per occurrence after 1 free monthly cancellation credit. Due to limited capacity, No-shows on numbered memberships & packs incur a loss of a class credit and an additional $10 charge and unlimited no shows incur a $20 charge per occurrence. This ensures fairness to waitlisted clients and maintains class quality.

  • Single class bookings: Cancellations made inside the 12 hour window automatically receive a class credit NOT A REFUND. Cancellations outside the 12 hour window result in loss of credit/forfeiture of funds.

  • Waitlist Policy: If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you will be notified automatically for an opportunity to join the class. The first person(s) to accept will be confirmed into the class. You are not charged unless you’re confirmed into the class from the waitlist.

  • Studio Closures: Please note we are CLOSED on Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving + Friday after, and the entire period from 12/24 - 12/28 & 12/31 - 1/1 every year unless otherwise noted.
